CMHA TVAMHS' Clearing Clutter
A nine-week hybrid (in-person/virtual) psycho-educational group based on CBT for individuals who struggle with chronic disorganization or hoarding behaviours.
CMHA TVAMHS' Community Mental Health Clinic
Offers psychiatric consultation and follow-up for CMHA clients who need specialized mental-health support, provided by a psychiatrist and interdisciplinary team.
CMHA TVAMHS' Community Opioid Program
A confidential, client-centred harm-reduction service for individuals aged 12+ who have current or past opioid use (or opioid substitution therapy), offering assessment, treatment planning, case management, withdrawal support, and community treatment across the Thames Valley region.
CMHA TVAMHS' Community Withdrawal Support Program
Provides comprehensive withdrawal management and addiction care to the residents of Thames Valley. Includes: screening, individualized plan of care and connection to community referrals as needed. Self-referrals accepted.
CMHA TVAMHS' Crisis Walk-In
Offers immediate, in-person mental health support for individuals in crisis. No appointment needed, providing assessment, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care.
CMHA TVAMHS' Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Intensive Skills
Offers Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) groups for individuals aged 16+ dealing with emotional dysregulation, self-harm or complex mental-health challenges. Group treatment or individual sessions for 1 year with weekly engagement for about 3 hours.
CMHA TVAMHS' Elgin Family Support Group for Psychosis
A free monthly support group held for family members and friends of individuals experiencing psychosis, offering peer connection, shared insights and coping strategies in a safe, supportive environment.
CMHA TVAMHS' Family Supports Program
A free service for caregivers of loved ones with mental-health or addiction challenges. Participants can access online self-paced learning, optional monthly peer-support groups, and addiction-specific family groups both virtually and in-person.
CMHA TVAMHS' French Mental Health and Addiction System Navigation Program
A free service for French-speaking individuals and their families dealing with mental health, substance use health or addiction issues. It provides screening and treatment planning, case management, and access to French-speaking professionals in person or virtually.
