City of London's Stop Tolerhating Directory
List of peer support services and crisis hotlines for diverse communities facing discrimination, along with resources for reporting hate crimes through the Canadian Anti-racism Network and London Police Service Hate Crimes Unit.
Clinic 217 (RAAM: Rapid Access Addiction Medicine)
A low-barrier clinic for individuals in St. Thomas/Elgin County dealing with substance use disorders (alcohol, opioids, other substances), offering walk-in or call access, medication-assisted treatment, counselling and referrals; covered by OHIP.
Closing the Gap Healthcare Group
Community rehabilitative, personal support and homemaking services. Services offered at home, at school, in the community, in a clinic, hospital or at work. Also offers in-home nutrition counselling (Referral required through Ontario Health at Home).
CMHA: Brief Counselling
Offers counselling Services: 1:1 counselling (virtual or in-person) and collaboration with community partners.
CMHA: Structured Psychotherapy
Self-led resources guided by a coach or therapist (BounceBack, Clinician-Assisted Bibliotherapy, Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy). Individual or group cognitive-behavioural therapy.
CMHA: Transitional Case Management
Offers the following services: System navigation, Supportive listening, 1:1 and group appointments, Assistance and support with basic needs, Intensive case management, Discharge planning, Recovery and safety plans, Psychosocial rehabilitation, Education, Consultation and collaboration
CMHA TVAMHS
Offers a wide range of free programs and supports for individuals aged 16+ dealing with mental health, substance health and/or addiction challenges, including counselling, peer support, case management and more.
CMHA TVAMHS' Addiction Family Group
A set of free services for caregivers of individuals aged 16+ who are experiencing mental-health or addiction issues. Includes virtual self-paced modules, optional monthly peer support groups, and a dedicated in-person/online family group focused on addiction.
CMHA TVAMHS' Bereavement Services Program
A free support service for individuals aged 16+ grieving a loss due to suicide or substance use. The program offers virtual and in-person counselling to help process grief and rebuild wellbeing.
