CMHA TVAMHS' Friendly Callers Seniors Support Program
Phone support for older adults provided by trained volunteers - weekly check-ins, supportive listening, and navigation of supports.
CMHA TVAMHS' Heartspace
A free, women-centred, trauma-informed program supporting pregnant women or mothers with children up to age 6 who are dealing with substance use challenges. Services include one-to-one counselling, group supports, parenting help and case-management.
CMHA TVAMHS' Hospital Walk-In Crisis Support
Offers immediate, in-person mental health support for individuals in crisis. Access through the emergency department.
CMHA TVAMHS' Housing
Provide supportive housing options for individuals experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges, helping them build independence, stability, and recovery within the community.
CMHA TVAMHS' Justice Transitional Case Management
Provides short-term community-based case management for individuals involved with the justice system, offering support with mental health, substance use health and addictions, housing, employment, education, release planning, and referrals to psychiatry and other community services
CMHA TVAMHS' Let's Talk About... Substance Use and Mental Health
A free weekly virtual peer-support drop-in for anyone navigating mental-health and substance-use issues. Connects participants from all recovery phases to share experiences and build mutual support.
CMHA TVAMHS' Life Worth Living
Offers group treatment support weekly to support one's mental health challenges or daily life stressors.
CMHA TVAMHS' Mental Health Court Diversion Program
Provides direct service to individuals who have mental health symptomology, developmental disability, and/or acquired brain injury and have been charged with a minor offence.
CMHA TVAMHS' Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)
Elgin County OPP and Aylmer Police Services partnership with CMHA: Mobile response to individuals experiencing a mental health or addiction crisis.
