Health811 is a free, secure, and confidential service available to anyone in Ontario, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call 811 or use the online chat to connect with a registered nurse, get trusted health advice, complete a symptom assessment, find local health services, or receive help finding a family doctor or nurse practitioner through Health Care Connect. Central Community Health Centre

Central Community Health Centre (CCHC) is a charitable organization whose purpose is the delivery of comprehensive primary care, illness prevention and health promotion through community programs and support to individuals and families in St. Thomas, Central Elgin and Southwold Township.

East Elgin Family Health Team

A team-based primary care clinic that offers services led by family doctors, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals to support individuals and families in East Elgin.

Elgin Community Health Hub

Provides integrated, team-based primary health care including mental health screening, counselling referral, and community support services for people without a a family doctor or nurse practitioner. You do not need to be a patient of the Thames Valley Family Health Team to book an appointment.

Elmwood Family Health Centre

A primary care clinic offering family medicine services and team-based care for primary care.

First Five West Elgin

The First Five West Elgin program supports children under the age of 6 who do not have a primary care physician or nurse practitioner. The First Five program strives to increase access to health promotion and preventative health care services.

Mobile Health Unit

The Mobile Health Unit, offered by Central Community Health Centre, is a clinic on wheels that brings accessible, barrier-free healthcare directly to communities in Elgin County. Services include primary care, chronic disease management, mental health support, and connections to community resources. The Mobile Health Unit operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Southwestern Public Health's Dental Clinics

Provides preventive and restorative dental care for children, youth, and eligible adults, focusing on oral health promotion, education, and access to essential dental services.

St. Thomas Walk-In Medical Clinic

The St. Thomas Walk-In Medical Clinic provides same-day care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries when you are unable to see your regular primary care provider.
