Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) STOP on the Net
STOP on the Net, is an online program to help you quit smoking cigarettes. You can join online and and receive free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) patches and gum/lozenges mailed to your address.
Cervical Cancer Screening
Cervical screening is testing done on people who are at risk of getting cervical cancer, but who have no symptoms and generally feel fine. The cervix is a body part that connects the uterus (womb) to the vagina (genital opening). Cervical cancer is cancer in the cervix. Regular cervical screening can help you avoid getting cervical cancer.

An agency offering programs for individuals who use abusive behaviours in intimate relationships and provides support for women and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients. Fee required.
Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI)
A provincially-run, trauma-informed specialist centre that offers inpatient and outpatient assessment, treatment, and consultation for children and youth (under 18) with complex developmental, emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges.
Children's Mental Health Ontario (CMHO)'s Parents for Children's Mental Health Peer Support Groups
Facilitated by Children's Mental Health Ontario (CMHO), these free peer-led chapters bring together parents and caregivers of children with mental health challenges for regular meetings to connect, share lived experience and get help navigating the child/youth mental health system.
