Wellspring's Bereaved Support Program
Free individual and group programs offered online and in-person across Canada for those who have lost a loved one to cancer, providing a safe space to share grief, honor memories, and access referral tools.
Wellsprings Caregiver Support Group
A free group for caregivers of people with cancer to share experiences, reduce stress, and receive emotional support and guidance from peers.
Wellspring's Family Support
A free program offering peer-led meetings and resources for family members of people living with cancer, helping you connect, cope and access support tailored to your needs.
Wellspring's Gay and Queer Men's Cancer Support Group & Lesbian and Queer Women's Cancer Support Group
Free peer-support groups for LGBTQ2S+ individuals living with cancer, offering safe spaces to connect with others who share similar experiences, build community, and access emotional support.
Wellspring's Peer Support
A free, confidential service that connects individuals and families affected by cancer with trained peers who have lived experience, offering emotional support, understanding, and guidance through one-on-one conversations in person, by phone, or online.
West Elgin Community Health Centre
Free, private counselling for individuals of all ages dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, relationship issues and more. Self-referrals accepted via an online form; note you must live in Dutton-Dunwich or West Elgin and/or have a primary-care provider at the Centre.
West Elgin Community Health Centre's Groups
Various groups including: Acquired Brain Injury Support Group, Parkinson's Support Group, Neurological Support Group, Alzheimer's Support Group
Western University Gender-Based Violence and Survivor Support
Confidential support for students, staff and faculty impacted by gender-based or sexual violence, including safety planning, academic/workplace accommodations and connection to resources.
Western University Indigenous Student Centre (ISC)
The Indigenous Student Centre (ISC) at Western University provides culturally responsive, holistic support for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students. The Centre offers academic advising, tutoring, financial and wellness supports, cultural programming, access to Elders and Knowledge Keepers, orientation assistance, and dedicated study and gathering spaces to foster student success, community, and connection throughout their university experience.
