WECHC's Rural Homeless Systems Navigator
Provides support for individuals in rural Elgin County who are homeless or at risk, helping with landlord mediation, eviction notices, access to emergency funds, and navigating housing and social service systems.
WECHC's Systems Navigator
Helps people in West Lorne and Dutton-Dunwich understand and access health, social, and community services including referrals to home care, mental health counseling, social agencies, and help applying for benefits like Ontario Disability or EI.
WEHC Transportation Service
Transportation is a support service that provides transportation to medical appointments, shopping and to various social activities and programs. Screened volunteers use their own vehicles to provide transportation and a friendly visit along the way. Accessible transportation is also available. Fee for Service Fare based on .56 per km driver, accessible .62 per km + $22/hour. Client pays for parking. Monthly billing system. All rides are dependent upon the availability of a volunteer / paid driver. All trips must be requested 24 – 48 hours in advance.
Wellington Square Medical Walk-in Clinic
Primary care clinic accepting walk-in patients.
Wellkin Child and Youth Mental Wellness
Community-based services and supports for children and youth with mental health concerns. Services include day treatment, groups and workshops, intensive family service, urgent access therapy.
Wellspring's Bereaved Support Program
Free individual and group programs offered online and in-person across Canada for those who have lost a loved one to cancer, providing a safe space to share grief, honor memories, and access referral tools.
Wellsprings Caregiver Support Group
A free group for caregivers of people with cancer to share experiences, reduce stress, and receive emotional support and guidance from peers.
Wellspring's Family Support
A free program offering peer-led meetings and resources for family members of people living with cancer, helping you connect, cope and access support tailored to your needs.
Wellspring's Gay and Queer Men's Cancer Support Group & Lesbian and Queer Women's Cancer Support Group
Free peer-support groups for LGBTQ2S+ individuals living with cancer, offering safe spaces to connect with others who share similar experiences, build community, and access emotional support.
