Southwestern Public Health's Needle Exchange & Harm Reduction Program
Provides free, private access to clean substance-use supplies (needles, syringes, cookers, filters, safer inhalation kits, condoms, etc.), blood-borne infection testing, safe disposal of used supplies, and mobile outreach delivery in Elgin, Oxford and surrounding areas.
Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre (SOAHAC)
Provides culturally safe primary care, traditional healing, mental health, addictions support, and urgent health services for Indigenous people.
Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre (SOAHAC) Diabetes
Nutrition counselling: Individual support; Group classes available. Any age; No need to be a patient at SOAHAC. Support for diabetes, Type 2, prediabetes, at‑risk individuals. Service area: Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people on/off reserve in London & surrounding communities
Southwest Ontario Aborignal Health Access Centre
The Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre's (SOAHAC) purpose is to improve access to, and the quality of, health services for First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples in the spirit of partnership, mutual respect and sharing. As an Aboriginal Health Access Centres (AHAC), we provide innovative, Indigenous-informed health care to First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities in southwestern Ontario from Windsor to Waterloo Wellington and north to Owen Sound.

Offer support for people with health conditions (In person and online support), support for caregivers (Tools and workshop series) and support for health professionals.

Spectrum Healthcare
Provides safe, reliable transportation for older adults to medical appointments, shopping, errands, social outings, religious services, and more. Driver companions can remain with clients throughout their appointment or errand and can accommodate walkers, collapsible wheelchairs, and individuals with cognitive impairments.
Spinal Cord Injury Ontario's Peer Support
A free service that pairs individuals who have sustained a spinal cord injury and their families, with trained peer mentors who share lived experience, helping with emotional support, navigating day-to-day life changes and connecting to community resources.
Sports Medicine Patient Education Resources
Offers patient handouts to read more about your injury and learn some helpful home rehabilitation exercises.
