Free, peer-facilitated support groups for family members and friends of individuals facing addictive behaviours. These meetings focus on how to cope with the situation, regain control of your own life, and learn tools.

Smokers' Helpline (SHL) is a free and confidential service operated by the Canadian Cancer Society since 2000. SHL offers personalized tools, evidence-based information and support about quitting smoking, vaping and tobacco use.

A residential wellness-and-recovery retreat that blends therapeutic support and holistic wellness in a peaceful setting, aimed at helping participants address substance use, mental health, and personal growth through structured programs and nature-based activities.
Southwestern Public Health's Balanced Beginnings
A free 9-week, online group program using cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to support pregnant individuals and parents with babies up to 18 months who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or depressed.
