Provides 24/7 confidential crisis support, safety planning, and referrals for women experiencing abuse or violence, available by phone and online chat across Ontario.
Body Brave Virtual Support Services
Eating Disorder information for 14+, self-guided resources, self reflection and assessment tools.
Body Peace Canada's Peer Support Programs
Free, Canada-wide virtual peer support groups for anyone aged 14+ dealing with an eating disorder or concerned about their relationship with food, exercise or body image. These include facilitated group sessions by trained peer mentors, as well as one-on-one mentoring options.
Boots on the Ground | Peer Support for First Responders
Boots On The Ground is an anonymous helpline providing confidential and anonymous peer support to First Responders across the province, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a charitable organization completely run and staffed by volunteers.
Brain Injury Association of London's Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Peer Support Program
A free program that connects individuals living with acquired brain injuries and their families to trained peer mentors who share similar experiences. Support is available through one-on-one phone calls and group meetings.
Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada's Emotional Support
A free service offering one-on-one peer support, group sessions, and counselling resources for individuals diagnosed with a brain tumour and their families to help navigate emotional challenges and connect with others who understand.
