Atlohsa Family Healing Services (Indigenous)
Provides Indigenous-led crisis support, family healing programs, shelter services, and culturally grounded interventions for individuals and families experiencing violence, homelessness, or systemic hardship.
Aylmer Diabetes Education Program
Individual nutrition support and advice for diabetes; self referrals welcome; open to all ages. Support for Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, prediabetes or at risk of developing diabetes. Flexible hours at multiple locations in Elgin County.
Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin
Individual bereavement support provided by the Grief and Bereavement Care Services team.
Beendigan's Talk4Healing (Indigenous)
A 24/7 service offering talk, text and live-chat support for Indigenous women and their families across Ontario, grounded in Indigenous culture and provided by Indigenous women. A First Nation community located in Muncey, Ontario offering a broad range of culturally grounded services including primary health care, mental health & addictions support, early years programming, and family-youth wellbeing services. Health centre with services provided by community workers. Community-led health teams develop programs to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health. Culturally appropriate programs and services for Indigenous people, combining traditional healing and Western medical practices. Offers employment support, skills training, and career development programs for Oneida community members to enhance job readiness and long-term employment opportunities. Offers holistic community health programs including mental-health services, youth prevention, home & community care, chronic disease management and traditional healing, all delivered in a culturally grounded, supportive environment.
Bereaved Families of Southwestern Ontario
Provides peer support for individuals grieving the death of a loved one, including those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Offers compassionate services through one-on-one sessions, support groups, and community resources.
Best Care
A primary care-based chronic disease management program that supports people living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Working with a Certified Respiratory Educator and the patient's primary care provider, the program offers education, inhaler and medication review, self-management support, smoking cessation, personalized action plans, and ongoing monitoring to improve quality of life and reduce COPD flare-ups, emergency department visits, and hospitalizations. Accessible by referral from primary care provider.

In this virtual group and educational video, our registered dietitians explore the factors that can impact weight management and the link to overall health and well-being. This group and the educational video are intended for anyone who is interested in improving their health through lifestyle modification.
Better Bones, Better Life
Join our Better Bones, Better Life program focusing on how to improve your bone health and prevent fractures. This series covers everything from bone-friendly nutrition to safe, effective exercises designed to build strength and prevent falls. Take charge of your health in a supportive group environment! Open to anyone who has been diagnosed with or at risk of osteoporosis.
Biigajiiskaan Pathways to Mental Wellness
Combining the very best of traditional healing medicine and knowledge with Western hospital-based health care and practices, Biigajiiskaan is an Indigenous-led mental wellness program grounded in a holistic engagement approach to care. A formal co-lead partnership between Atlohsa Family Healing Services & St. Joseph’s Health Care London – it bridges and enhances services at the community and regional hospital level.
