Oneida Nation of the Thames Onyota'a:ka Family Healing Lodge
Offers emergency shelter for up to 6 weeks for people and families who are at risk of or in a violent family situation; offers supports, outreach, referrals and advocacy, activities for children, assistance with goal planning and safety planning, year round workshop training and information sessions.
Oneida Nation Paramedic Services (EMS)
Ensures vulnerable people entering the health care system through the ambulance system receives efficient and timely assessments, treatments and transportation to the proper facility
One Stop Talk
Provides immediate mental health counselling service for child and youth (up to age 18), and their families across Ontario. It provides a single, solution-focused session. If additional support is needed, families can be connected to appropriate community services
One Team Recovery
A multidisciplinary, referral-based clinic in Windsor offering short-term support for mental health, substance use health, addiction, and chronic health conditions, including counselling, medication management, and allied health services.
Ontario Brain Injury Association's Caregiver Support Group
A free peer-support group for caregivers of individuals with acquired brain injuries, providing a safe space to share experiences, coping strategies, and access resources for emotional and practical support.
Ontario Caregiver Organization
Support for caregivers, resources include counselling, mental health supoort, peer support, E-learning, and community connections.
Ontario Caregiver Organization's Helpline
A free, 24/7 helpline offering practical advice, emotional support, and resources for anyone caring for a loved one in Ontario. This service also offers help with finding home and community care options.
Ontario Caregiver Organization's Navigation Services
Help with finding home and community care options, local support groups, specialized programs for those that you care for.
Ontario Caregiver Organization's Peer Support
Peer Support Program is designed to offer emotional support to caregivers through being matched with a Peer Mentor volunteer who also has lived experience as a caregiver. Telephone support is provided for 6 months.
