Nalgona Positivity Pride
A Black, Indigenous and people of colour (BIPOC)-focused organization offering free online peer-support groups and workshops for eating-disorder awareness, body liberation, and positive body image.
Naloxone Kits and Training
Get a free naloxone kit if you're at risk of opioid overdose or know someone who is. Kits are available at multiple pharmacies and community-based organizations in Elgin County. Contact Southwestern Public Health for training.
N'Amerind Friendship Centre (London)
Narateen's Nar-Anon Family Groups
Peer-led support groups for teens, young adults, and family members affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use. Provides a safe, confidential space to share experiences, learn coping skills, and receive guidance from others who understand.
Narcotics Anonymous
A free, peer-support fellowship for individuals recovering from drug addiction, offering in-person and online meetings focused on mutual support, personal growth, and maintaining sobriety.
Naseeha Mental Health
Offers culturally sensitive, faith-informed virtual counselling for Muslims (and anyone who wants culturally aware support) across Canada, with sliding-scale pricing, student rates, and some free spots, delivered by licensed Muslim therapists. Fee Required.
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)'s Family to Family Programs
A free 8-week course by trained volunteers who have a loved one with a mental health condition. Designed for family members and caregivers of individuals with mental health conditions, providing information on diagnoses, treatment options, communication, and coping strategies led by trained peers.
National Indian Residential Schools Crisis Line
The National Indian Residential School Crisis Line provides free, confidential, 24/7 emotional support and crisis referral services for Survivors and those affected by the residential school system. You can reach the dedicated support line anytime by calling.
Native Inter-Tribal Housing Co-op
A housing Cooperative is a group of people who form a corporation to provide housing services for themselves. Co-op living is unique to all other forms of housing because it represents a community living within a community.
