Healing and Wellness
The Healing and Wellness Program provides culturally appropriate services, including healing circles and crisis intervention, to improve Indigenous health and reduce family violence, particularly for women and children at risk.
Healthy Babies Healthy Children
The Healthy Babies Healthy Children Program supports Indigenous families with children from prenatal to age six, offering culturally grounded early intervention services, parenting support, and resources to promote healthy child development.
Heart Health
Through this group/video, you will learn how you can improve your heart health through changes in diet and exercise, quitting smoking and limiting alcohol, as well as understanding your medications. This group and the educational videos are intended for patients identified by their physicians as having any of the following: cardiovascular disease, past heart attack or stroke, OR risk factors for heart disease such as elevated blood cholesterol levels (high cholesterol), hypertension (high blood pressure)
Home Support Services Transportation
Non-emergency transportation to medical appointments and regular activities such as shopping, or to attend social activities. Drivers are volunteer drivers.
Homeward Bound
The Urban Indigenous Homeward Bound (UIHB) program is a four-year initiative that helps sole-parenting Indigenous women overcome barriers to meaningful employment, well-being, and prosperity.
Hope for Wellness Helpline (Indigenous)
Offers 24/7 immediate mental health and crisis support for Indigenous peoples across Canada by phone or chat, with services available in English, French, and Indigenous languages upon request.
Ignite Youth Centre
A free drop-in space for youth aged 12-19 to connect, explore, and grow through activities in recreation, arts, leadership and mental-wellness support.

Indigenous Families First
The Indigenous Families First Program (IFFP) supports urban Indigenous families involved in the child welfare system by providing advocacy, guidance, and culturally informed services to promote family well-being and reunification.
