A veteran-led peer-support initiative where Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP Veterans connect over casual meet-ups to share experiences, strengthen mental wellness, and build camaraderie through regular check-ins.

City of London's Stop Tolerhating Directory

List of peer support services and crisis hotlines for diverse communities facing discrimination, along with resources for reporting hate crimes through the Canadian Anti-racism Network and London Police Service Hate Crimes Unit.

Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN)

Supports youth with complex needs by helping families coordinate multiple services, streamline referrals, and access programs across mental health, developmental, and social services in Southwestern Ontario.

Elgin Community Support Services Network

Offers mental health related support for adults and seniors, including peer groups, social engagement programs, and resources to promote emotional well-being and resilience.

Naloxone Kits and Training

Get a free naloxone kit if you're at risk of opioid overdose or know someone who is. Kits are available at multiple pharmacies and community-based organizations in Elgin County. Contact Southwestern Public Health for training.

Regional HIV/AIDS Connection

A free, confidential service offering support, education, testing and outreach-services for people living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C.

Regional HIV/AIDS Connection (RHAC) Mobile Outreach - Elgin/Oxford

Access supplies and connections to RHAC services and supports such as HIV and Hep C testing and resources, safer sex education and supports, and the needle and syringe program in your community.

Southwestern Public Health's Needle Exchange & Harm Reduction Program

Provides free, private access to clean substance-use supplies (needles, syringes, cookers, filters, safer inhalation kits, condoms, etc.), blood-borne infection testing, safe disposal of used supplies, and mobile outreach delivery in Elgin, Oxford and surrounding areas.

St. Thomas Seniors' Centre

Offers programs, social activities, and support services to promote wellness and community engagement for older adults in St. Thomas.

Helps people in West Lorne and Dutton-Dunwich understand and access health, social, and community services including referrals to home care, mental health counseling, social agencies, and help applying for benefits like Ontario Disability or EI.
