Native Inter-Tribal Housing Co-op

Assists and coordinates transportation to appointments and other health care services outside of the community. Clients must reside on-reserve, be an Oneida Nation of the Thames band member, and sign a Consent/Client Waiver.

Youth Diversion and Cultural Support

The Youth Diversion worker will support Indigenous youth (16-24 years) who are at risk or experiencing any form of homelessness. The primary role of the Youth Diversion worker is to support Indigenous Youth with various forms of diversion such as connection to Indigenous culture as intervention to homelessness while implementing intense housing focused case management.
