CMHA TVMAHS' Addiction Family Group

Free, peer-facilitated support groups for family members and friends of individuals facing addictive behaviours. These meetings focus on how to cope with the situation, regain control of your own life, and learn tools.

STEGH's Outpatient Services - Group Family Support

Provides support for patient's families. Participants will be taught strategies for coping with caregiver fatigue and distress. They will also receive information about relevant mental health diagnoses and community-based support services.
