Who We Are

The Elgin Ontario Health Team aims to enhance the health and well-being of the people of Elgin. We are a group of community members, care providers and community organizations. We work together to design a better, more coordinated care system in our community.

Call for Participation

Your Elgin Ontario Health Team (OHT) is working to understand what the community needs, and we invite people accessing care, caregivers, and families who support loved ones needing care, to share your thoughts about care in Elgin with the Elgin Ontario Health Team.
